The skills and systems a middle manager requires are quite different to a senior, or owner/manager, or director. Developing the management skills of technically expert managers (typically owner managers and middle managers) is one of Lisa’s specialist areas.

Lisa’s business analysis and financial management experience means she understands the dollars, people and system sides of business success. Lisa appreciates the uniqueness of each business and enjoys tailoring solutions to achieve measurable results.
