At IMNZ our learning outcomes remain the same regardless of delivery modality.
Our in-person Finance for Non-Financial Managers programme consists of two one-day workshops and is a great option for people who are looking to step into a focused classroom environment, with time away from workplace distractions.
These workshops provide a human-centric immersive experience, with hands-on activities such as role play with your peers. In-person workshops also provide opportunities to build your professional network which naturally occurs when you are in a face-to-face setting.
*Note that all modules are compulsory for completion of this program. Please ensure you select all 6 modules when completing registration.
Our online version of Finance for Non-Financial Managers provides a mix of videos and activities based on real-world scenarios to re-enforce what has been taught.
We realise that online learning can be a more convenient option for many, so we built our online courses using learning and development best practice to provide a dynamic and engaging learning experience, overall, making sure to incorporate all the highly regarded material from our in-person sessions.
This online training format consists of six learning modules spread across 6 weeks, which take around 2 hours to complete. This course is a bit more flexible than our others as learners can complete the modules at their own pace.
