Denis Sartain

Denis is an independent Coach and Leadership Development Specialist and works as an Associate at Henley Business School, University of Reading in the UK and South Africa, specialising in executive coaching and senior board dynamics. Born in Hong Kong of a Chinese mother and English father, he has an in-depth understanding of the challenges multiculturalism brings to the workplace. It is also the foundation on which his innate understanding of the psychological impact of diversity, inclusion and culture bring to the business environment is built.
