Tia has been a professional coach and facilitator for almost 15 years. She works with individuals and teams to maximize their potential and live and work authentically, aligned with their talents, passions and values. She is passionate about supporting people to develop themselves and empower their teams. She provides coaching, facilitation and workshops in leadership development, communication, coaching and team building in public, private and not for profit organisations.
As a coach and facilitator, she works with leaders and teams using brain-based methodologies and communication skills, combined with her strong intuition, to engage the client’s whole brain and the whole person. This process creates new levels of awareness and supports positive change. Clients have reported that as a result they are more “in the flow”, they have increased clarity, improved motivation and greater fulfilment.
