The opportunity to attend Think on Your Feet came to me through my workplace. They have previously sent others on this same course.
I enjoyed the course because it provided some ideal tools and tips to help deal with tricky questions and stick to the topics I most need to convey. It was great to be given some tools to deal with conversations or questions on the spot.
After the course, I am now more aware when watching others in similar difficult situations and continue to learn from them. I also utilise the tools and tips I learned on the course when talking with my team. Now I’m able to take a pause and reflect on the key messages I want to get across, which ultimately provides more clarity and understanding for my team.
I would recommend IMNZ because they provide practical and useful programmes, keep the topics fun and interesting, and the learnings are easy to implement back in my workplace.
